The Gorn really could be an intimidating foe if done right. The race's one appearance in Enterprise was off the chain.

They seem a bit too dumb to actually be conniving, villainous masterminds, though. So whoever the main baddie actually is, it'd be cool if he/she had some Gorn muscle.

I'd love to see what Abrams would do with the Gorn! They're a great villain, that unfortunately can be so fraking hokey. Enterprise did show us something pretty interesting. Didn't Flox compare them to a Velociraptor? They're vicious, especially when they're not guys in rubber suits!
