Maybe the Captain had a bathtub. But I don't think there was space for a pool. Shatner had to make his quarters as big as possible and Doohan extended his engine room with another level in season two.

Anyhow, in the "The Motion Picture" didn't we get to see some of those crowded crew quarters. Where more than 12 people share a sleeping ward? Awful!!!

It is true, as Redshirtwalking mentioned that Undiscovered Country featured a scene in "crew quarters"....the only really good thing about it was that they were co-ed...but otherwise, I thought it was a disservice to the history of Star Trek.

I'd like to see something like Kirk's quarters in TMP. Of course, they could be jazzed up with some personal touches, and a snazzier colour than that ugly taupe would be nice, but I love the general idea of that set...
