Looks great, love seeing the evolution of ship classes. Can't wait to see the new calender.

I never liked the D7/qItI'nga' when I was younger, but now it is my favorite.

Thanks, Roysten! This is actually a de-evolution. It is a design originally created for ENTERPRISE, that never made it on-screen.

Yeah, me too, NCC-73515, but what do you think of my D4, eh?

I like almost all Eaves designs, he is my favorite ship designer. This is the one from the XI art book, right? It was that very image that convinced me to buy this book.

Yes, this was in the XI art book (as a lark, nothing to do with the film, it just got included as John submitted it when applying for the job, not while on it). I like the design, too (obviously). Still doesn't answer my query, but no matter. Glad you like John's design. He loves my take on it.

I would need more views of it to make a judgment
Wasn't this design used in the KM simulation?

No, it was not.

If I may add a bit of constructive criticism (perhaps it's just me or the look in a few static shoots) but it could look a bit more retro IMO.
Thanks much, horatio.

Retro, like all things, is in the eye of he beholder, I guess, eh.
