Somebody speculated that it might happen several months ago. They're probably wrong.

It may not be shut down but at times it seems like this forum is on its last legs. No new members are activated, no moderation is happening so at times we have had 3 threads on the same topic, many of us are getting spam PMs, rule breaking has not been sorted out at times.

It's just odd that nobody would bother to fix whatever's preventing them from activating.
