Billboard named trekkie Taylor Swift as artist of the year for 2009, and Wiki lists her album Fearless, as the top-selling album of 2009.

Wow! That's really hard to pick. I've bought some amazing albums over the last decade. I think songs by decent bands like The Killers, Snow Patrol, Kaiser Chiefs, The Feeling, Keane, Coldplay, etc etc etc. Decent girl singers like Katy Perry, Lily Allen, Duffy and reality show stars who were actually talented like Kelly Clarkson and Leona Lewis. But I can't think of any specific songs. 10 years is a long time

What's to be confused about? Best-selling music of the decade=songs that defined the decade, a simple equation.

If Eminem is the artist of the decade, of course, some of his songs define the decade. I said 'songs' not song, there is no such thing as a song of the decade.
