Possibly my A-Team van and figures. And my Millenium Falcon and figures. And my huge die-cast toy car collection.

Lego, the best IDIC toy I am aware of. You never get bored as you can build whatever you like with just some legos.

My happiest Christmas was when I got my Barbie Townhouse - I had one Barbie and all my Star Trek dolls living in it. Barbie was a very happy lady, I guess. The elevator doubled as a transporter, and the Klingon was forced to drive the Barbie Winnebago.

Another vote for LEGO. I used to make phasers and communicators out of them.
Then... Star Wars came along. All those ships and figures made for some stiff competition. Going back to the early 70s-- anyone remember the Take-Apart Car from Playskool? I adored that from when I was 4. I recently bought one on Ebay for my 3 1/2 year-old son, but he's more into the computer and his Leapster. At least he knows who Worf and Data are.
