Was never particularly a fan of the Mudd episodes myself, especially the season 2 one. Not enthusiastic about him either, regardless of who played him.

The first one is allright, but I felt they pushed it in the second one because of a too slapstick plot.

Oh, shoot... what's the name of the actor/comic who played in "Little Brittan" and was also the evil ruler guy in that Krog Mandoon (or whatever it was called) on Comedy Channel? HIM I could see pulling off Harry Mudd...
