Look at the picture again, in the bottom left you can see a barely lit model with saucer and nacelle and secondary hull. It's a closeup and lit up in blue.

The ship appears to have three projections, 2 warp nacelles and 1 secondary hull. And the saucer section apears to have the concaved lower hull.

No it is a Kelvin design. It is not 2 nacelles but instead one. What you are seeing on the bottom nacelle is the radiator sticking up at the back of the Nacelle like on the Original Enterprise Nacelles. Remember the old ATM models. You had to glue two of them on at the back of the Nacelles. In the picture it is not focused giving the illusion that there are 2 warp engined with the secondary hull on top of the saucer.
