Default Which non-sci-fi/ fantasy TV programmes do you like watching?

Apologies if this has been done before.

Which non-sci-fi/ fantasy TV programmes do you like watching?

I love the West Wing and am in the middle of a West Wing Fest today.
I still think Friends is hilarious and I love My Wife and Kids.
I watch a few political things and like The Daily Show with John Stewart and British Question Time.

I also enjoy property programmes because it's nice to nosey arounf other people's houses.

There is not much else on British TV. We occasionally get a bit of Australian or Canadian TV but that's it.

I do remember them airing a French soap opera on British TV in the late 80s. I watched it to improve my French.

Sorry, my bad. I meant are you interested to learn what national programmes
non-anglophone members like to watch ?
Since you won't know German programmes: I like BBC's Cracker and HBO's Sopranos.
I like Life on Mars, too, but I'm not sure if it would count as SCi-FI

I have to mention "All Creatures Great and Small". I felt in love with the English people through this one.

I like medical shows, i work in the medical field. I like Scrubs, Grey's Anatomy, old ER. Otherwise, i'm pretty much a sci-fi comic book geek. I like shows based on superheroes. A couple of examples, The Flash, Bird's of Prey, Smallville. Though Smallville has grown old on me. I never really quite got into Lois and Clark.

Does ghostly stuff count?

Ah well, either way I'll put in Supernatural. Otherwise out of the ones still on air I enjoy Entourage, Hung, Desperate Housewives, Ax Men, Bones, Family Guy, American Dad, sometimes Gray's Anatomy.

Out of recent but nonetheless cancelled shows I have Arrested Development, Alias, The O.C., Moonlighting (thanks to DVD releases!!), Northern Exposure, Scrubs, Frasier, Friends.

Probably does, but it may cross a few genres so I'm keeping it in.
