Chevelle
Tool
Trapt

Chevelle because of originality in every song and great albums.
Trapt- For the high energy emotion
Tool- So many reasons including originality, harmonic hypnotism and poetic meaning.

But what is it about their music that you think is great?

I'll give you an example of what I mean. I love Bon Jovi because their music is rock, it's proper guitar stuff and it's not too heavy. "It's My Life!" is my favourite song because it has inspiring lyrics... it makes you want to "live while I'm alive". I've seen them live twice now and would sell my granny (if I had a granny) to go to their O2 concerts.

I love Runrig because their music is a fusion between rock and Scottish folk music. Their rhythms often have a very Scottish, jig-like feel to them and the lyrics, while being often a bit obscure, usually speak to the Scottish mindset and discuss Scottish history.

Well my list was really just the tip of the iceberg. if you ask me another day, I would probably give you a different answer. My taste includes Rock, Folk, Country, Electronica, Pop, Classical, Easy Listening, some R&B etc etc etc
