Sometime in the coming year. It goes online on Oct. 21st, followed by a period where they calibrate the machine... and then they begin the real tests. If you want to keep up with the results, you might try the "Bad Astronomy" weblog site. Phil Plait, the guy who writes it is a big supporter of the project, and is really good at providing layman's explainations of the results.
