yeah, well can't put rides inside lol. Worst rain I seen in months. We had torados in cali.

Ok...so let me get this streight..

You have a festival that has a Native American cuse attached to it, so it rains like crazy everytime it happens.

But instead of moving the festival to a better non drenched location, or changing the date, the townsfolk get soaked.

Do I have this about right?

The date has been changed many times. It does not rain the week before of the week after, everytime. Remember I have been saying it's hot, now it's cold. Moving the festival would no longer be the Orange show, beacuse thats were it is held.
