Do anything other than go to Babys R Us.... Don't try to stay away too long because that would freak you out...just try to get some "you" time.
The baby is 2 1/2 months old
Kinda hard to do things alone at this time, hubby works a lot, I go to the dog park with the baby and the dogs. As for visiting freinds it is kinda hard since they are over an hour away and worse in traffic. I try to visit on weekeneds or they visit me. I talk on the phone the most I can, the great thing that my sisters and me are close and I can call them anytime as then can me

Is there a neighbor with a teenager around? Even a 12 or 13 year old could be of help. Even if you don't feel comfortable leaving the baby alone with her, she could watch the baby in one room while you take a good soak in the tub or watch a favorite movie on DVD or whatever... The potential for crazymaking feelings is pretty high those first few month...just being able to "get away" for a bit can be very helpful.

Do it!

And, I kid you not, even if you don't get to "get away" physically, having someone else handling the kid on a minute by minute basis while you answer e-mail or shop e-bay or watch The Wrath of Khan would be a huge break for you. This is actually pretty important. You can't be the great mommy you are meant to be if you're feeling alone when you're caring for your baby.

Yeah. All the time. It's been really bad lately, partly because of feeling useless on all of the forums I go to. (For instance, I've been trying to write a fanfic, to contribute to this group of people that I love posting with and have been for ages, but just don't feel up to it. ) I don't have any friends in real life. It really can get lonely, sometimes painfully so. Not having even one person to talk with.

But I just have to deal with it, I guess. *shrugs*
