I would say I'm very satisfied with the cast.
Quinto, Pine, Urban & Pegg seem to be a fine choice.

Quinto & Pine match very well the former actors, physically.
That's not enough of course and it's not mandatory, but that's already a good point.

It seems Quinto understood well the internal conflict of Spock, so I'm confident that he will show us the Spock we know.
Nimoy said a lot of good things about him. Even if his comments could be exagerated (he wouldn't say bad things about him so early in production), I'm very optimistic about Quinto.

I read less things from Pine but as far as I remember, he was very enthousiastic about the alchemy between the characters. Let's hope that we feel the same.
He's cute like Kirk in TOS, I will not complain about his appearence!
(And I don't care if he has blue eyes whereas Shatner doesn't)

I'm sure Urban will be great. As he keeps on repeating that he is a fan and that he's mad about playing McCoy, I find it difficult not be enthousiastic about him.
He doesn't have the deep-blue eyes of McCoy, but this is just a detail...

I think Pegg will do fine as well.
For the other crewmembers, I don't really care. They seem OK, I don't have any comment about them.
