Good idea. I'd hate for someone to pass themselves as a cast or crew member off and not actually be that person. Even for a short while that could cause mega problems.

A register sounds good, although I would encourage the admin to disabel the PM feature for crew members so that their inboxes are not overloaded!

I would hope board members would show restraint and not do that. But it's probably a good idea to do that since there's always someone or a group of someones who can't help themselves.
