I have never had a dream come true...I think. Let me explain: I have had serious feelings of deja'vu at times. It can get so strange I almost know what people are going to say before they say it, as if I had the discussion before. I have asked "have we talked about this already?" and the answer is always "no". It is a strange feeling and only lasts for several minutes.

I have had dreams that came true many times. For example, my Grandfather was a construction worker. All of his life he worked on tall buildings and then retired at 65, but he never stopped working. He'd find anything to work on, he wasn't happy unless he was working on something, even if it was just tearing apart an old washing machine to salvage the copper wire inside, or taking old tires off of their rims. I had a dream one night that we were driving in his pickup truck, but i was driving and he never let anyone drive his truck. We were talking and laughing and then we came up to a construction site and he told me to stop. He smiled at me, and grabbed his hard hat and lunch pail and got out of the truck and waved goodbye to me and he was still smiling when he got on an elevator and went up to help the workers build that building. When i woke up, i knew it meant he was leaving us, he was going to die. A week later, he died. Sometimes, dreams do come true. You just have to understand what they are trying to tell you.

I have Flashforwards. This is when I see something from an indeterminate period of time in the future during my sleep. It is a sort of still image and is usually rather uninteresting due to it being me seeing something through my own eyes of something rather ordinary.
