At the end of carbon creek,mestral decide to stay on earth,what do you think he witness over the decades?,would he still be alive at the time of phoenix's first flight and would he had made contact with his fellow vulcans and return home?.or did he died during WW3?.

Those are definately some thought provoking questions. I think he would have had some kind of plastic surgery done to remove the point from his ears and he would have tried to blend in and simply experience humanity. Whether he lived through WWIII or not is hard to say because of how many people died during the war.

Another thing to think about. If we can assume that the vulcans had bio-scanners at the time then they would have realized that he was still alive on earth and they would have never left him there in the first place. The could have sent down another away team to aprehend him and bring him back.

Now, if I remember correctly, T'pol never made it clear at the end of that episode whether the story was true or whether she was just telling them a story because they wanted to hear one. So it's possible that this never happened at all.

He changed his appearance and name. Then he became President of The United States at a much later date. He was unfortunately discovered to be an alien by the CIA and shot while in a motorcade. To cover up his alien nature the government did a major snowjob and even falsified coroner reports.....
