I see alot of simulairty between now and 1973-1974, except Nixion could spell cat, and had more personality. As stilted as it was...lol.

One giant and huge difference: Nixon's strength was foreign policy, a reputation that still lingers if not somewhat enhanced by time; Bush, not so much, as he's failed domestically and around the globe. He makes his father look utterly efficient as President.

Whoever wins this election has alot of work to do pathcing up realtions with every country in the world.
