One of, yes.

But it's also got some pretty hefty competition for the title: Trek, Farscape, The Prisoner, Max Headroom, The new Galactica... The original Outer Limits, Twilight Zone...

I like Joss' way of storytelling as much as the next guy, but depending on your criteria for judging, it may or may not be the best ever.
