Default Redoing my refit Enterprise...

Here's a preview of what I have so far for my refit Connie redux...

(This is what we in the starship porn business call a tease)

Well folks, here she be.... my redux of my refit Constitution class U.S.S. Enterprise.
She's not movie perfect, but she does look a hell of a lot better than my previous Enterprise build, and I'm still pretty proud of that one.
Model: U.S.S. Enterprise refit (redux) inspired by Star Trek The Motion Picture (1979)
Model built by: Martok2112
Tools used: Blender for component restructuring
Reallusion 3DEXCHANGE for conversion to use in iClone or Blender
Photoshop to place textures to UV maps and resultant images
Reallusion iClone 5.5. PRO for assembly, texturing, and animation

This model took me a bit longer to do than my K't'inga redux. Her lighting can be adjusted via glow maps...so she can look like she's cruising through space at full capacity, or like she's idle in space dock at power down mode. As with my previous build, I made this Enterprise's phaser banks look more like cannons than nipples. (Not that nipples are bad....they aren't bad at all )
I am really digging working with UV maps. I hope you like these images. Expect a video with this ship and the K't'inga in action very soon!

The A variation is my favourite incarnation of the TOS ship (even though the D is my all time favourite) and that looks great.
