The flair stuff is hilarious and I gotta say my attitude to that kinda thing is EXACTLY Jennifer Aniston's characters response. Though I've never worked in a food/restaurant environment.

Indeed.
Would you rather wear 17 pieces of flair, and just do the bare minimum to get by? Or would you rather go the extra mile, and wear 32 pieces of flair like Scotty over there?
