Yep it doesn't have to be that bright. On the other hand the idea was to contrast it with the old-school Kelvin bridge which resembles conventional Trek bridges that resemble submarines when they go to red alert, to show the bright future in a literal way.
They can dim the lights down in engineering to make Keensyweensy have a tragic accident. |

A bit of contrast would be nice to see. Shame we can't take some of those candles and stick them round the set of Generations' Ent-D sets!
I like the wooden flooring, perhaps a new leaked bridge image may answer our questions there. |

Wasn't the wooden flooring in the last film? I seem to think it was, but it wasn't seen all that closely.
