Basically. It comes with two operating systems: Android and Ubuntu (Linux). All you need is wireless keyboard and mouse. Plug the USB into the HD TV HDMI socket and your away. Surf the internet or whatever. Or if you have an old laptop that works as well, basically you just need a screen though, it doesn't use the computer's operating system at all.
