Seriously, what I like about the movie is that it is like the Chaplin sound movies about voice being a stranger to ourselves. There is after all nothing more weird and horrible than having to hear yourself on tape.

Indeed. I still don't always get used to hearing myself on tape, CD, or whatever digital medium I record to.

My complaint is in my head I talk 'properly' and yet on tape it sounds rather less so............I really hate that.

I have the whole TAS series on DVD anyway. It was just more convenient to watch it with my son on Netflix with the Wii.

Can you still stream TAS from StarTrek.com? They had every full episode.

Yes. Yes you can. But the picture quality is horrible and full screen is a relatively small screen in the center of the monitor

Netflix was far superior.

I'm surprised that Netflix would remove. Takes away from having all of TV Trek on there...
