Might be, but Paramount surely was promoting the hell out of it, so I think they had an inkling at least.

Of course, they took four years out between INS and NEM.....................and that didn't really pan out.

Taking a while.............rushing it............it's not always as simple as that.

Indeed, Nemesis was a truly woeful ordeal. That comes from someone who enjoyed it at the theater. Still, I'll never forget checking the box office after the second weekend and seeing how far it fell. Needless to say, I'm glad we're at least going to get another movie, and hopefully more after it!

Ideally they should dedicate a team of writers and a director for a project like Star Trek and turn them out every 12 months!

They need to meet halfway between quality and time.. They should do what Apple does.. controlled "leaks" that give fans just enough info to drool over for a month
