Anyone recognize this scene?

Kirk and Rand in that position, I can only think it's from The Enemy Within, but this scene is not in the show.

This picture is in black and white obviously and Rand looks to be wearing the same colour outfit as Kirk's shirt. Wasn't Rand was in the red outfit in The Enemy Within?

It's black and white. Colors like red and blue are hard to distinguish from other colors. Because they're all gray.
