Not really spam but like Omegaman suggested, perhaps one thread with lots of links.

I wonder how anyone can be envious in this situation.
Now show us where I told anyone to 'shut up'.
I asked to stop things like posting twelve new threads with links to various other sites = "A collection of unsolicited bulk electronic messages" = spam.
Which is different from forbidding someone to speak or write.

Who appointed you the moderator here and did they give you permission to be snarky with the moderating?

You used to post constantly as well. Should we have told you to be quiet?

You may not have told omegaman to "shut up" but the title of your thread is not "omegaman Stop the Spam Please." or "Stop the Spam please omegaman." "Unsolicited" is the key word in your definition of spam. An online forum is open to the public it is not your e-mail inbox. You have no control over what people post. Just because you feel these are unwanted threads not everyone else does.

Many boards have "flood control" preventing a member from posting more than a defined number of times in a defined period of times.

Obviously, this one does not.

There are no moderators.
I never posted at that frequency.

It doesn't really matter either way, it's not as if the new threads are bumping a load of other super popular threads for the hundreds of active users with new and fresh insights into Star Trek. If the forum was more active, it may be an issue then.

Thread posting maybe, but Zardoz posted at a rate of knots (as a saying goes), lightning quick with the keyboard.
