Who appointed you the moderator here and did they give you permission to be snarky with the moderating?

You used to post constantly as well. Should we have told you to be quiet?

You may not have told omegaman to "shut up" but the title of your thread is not "omegaman Stop the Spam Please." or "Stop the Spam please omegaman." "Unsolicited" is the key word in your definition of spam. An online forum is open to the public it is not your e-mail inbox. You have no control over what people post. Just because you feel these are unwanted threads not everyone else does.

Many boards have "flood control" preventing a member from posting more than a defined number of times in a defined period of times.

Obviously, this one does not.

It doesn't really matter either way, it's not as if the new threads are bumping a load of other super popular threads for the hundreds of active users with new and fresh insights into Star Trek. If the forum was more active, it may be an issue then.
