Actually, i kinda like it myself, Tarsha Yar half-naked, Data being seduced, the crew and Captain acting intoxicated,-what ruins it is that Wesley saves the day, the first of many Wesley saves the day episodes.

I read somewhere that Jonathan Frakes hated it. Might have been on Memory Alpha. Didn't give his reasoning.

Not everyone can fathom why someone would screw a robot, but unlike Tasha, they have not read the manual. No feelings but at least perfect technique.
Given Yar's background, it is not astonishing that she wants to be together with someone who cannot hurt her in any way.

Exactly, plus she pretty much explains herself in the lead up to the act. It's very understandable given her background.

I agree whole heartedly with the inclusion of Lower Decks. Its a favorite of mine.

Time's Arrow is an average-to-bad TNG episode. It doesn't belong to a top 30, let alone top 10. There are some funny scenes with Data, but that's about it. And there are lots of other episodes with funny Data scenes. There are so many better episodes they could have included instead: Tapestry (how come it wasn't included?), The Wounded, The Defector, Sins of the Father, The Inner Light, The Enemy, Parallels, etc.

I quite like Time's Arrow myself - but I'd agree it's not a Top Ten TNG contender.

Time's Arrow was quite fun but didn't say anything or have the same gravity other series finales have. The only real noteworthy thing for me in it was when Guinan told Picard he had to go on the away mission, a nice scene hinting at their past.

Pre-emptive strike shouldn't be anywhere near the top ten, felt like TNG was trying to be DS9, some good Picard stuff at the end, I agree with what was said earlier about him getting so much across in just a facial expression.
