Might be very well possible, although this piece is bit suspicious "an official at Georgia's Civil Registry Agency, who said the agency was hoping to get Antisa into the Guinness Book of World Records".
Anyway, if the lady is indeed 130 years old we all know her secret now, backgammon to keep the mind fresh and vodka to kill any germs and conserve the body.
