That's how seriously we take our hockey. The writing (that can't be seen in the picture above) and the image on the back of the Canadian $5 bill come from a well know Canadian children's story book called "The Hockey Sweater" or "Le Chandail de Hockey" in the original French. The book was made into an animated short by the National Film Board of Canada and is seen by pretty much every elementary school student in the country at some point in both English and French. You can watch "The Sweater" here. I'm a Leafs fan but I still love the story.
