If you liked this little sidekick that Scotty had then post your thoughts here I thought he was very funny ps don't throw stones at me and be nasty about it

Keenser almost annoyed me, almost. If he's going to stick around I hope it's for more than just a laugh. I'd like to see him be really smart and/or heroic.

Personally, I never want to see the little Jar-Jar wannabe ever again.

Keenser, well what did he do that was so offensive? He opened the door, very polite, blinked a few times, got a little sad.
All Keenser did for me was create a "Huh!?" moment. But then I Ewoks! ![]()

I guess, for me, he was completely and totally unnecessary. His presence contributed absolutely zero to the story. If he had not been there, nothing would have changed. He was JJA's attempt to add the signature Star Wars cutesy sidekick in order to get more SW into Star Trek. It just didn't work for me.

I have nothing against him.

I wasn't a fan of Keenser myself, but then again, it would be quite sad if Scotty had spent 6 months on DV alone.
Such isolation could do weird things to people!! As things stand, he could appear in the sequel or not based on how we last saw him. Up to the writers. I wouldn't include him myself, but not up to me.

By the time we got to Keenser, I was seriously losing interest anyway...half a minute longer and we meet Simon Pegg...

Yes, I think you've mentioned that once or twice before.
