Good thoughts, KAS#1F and TriggerMan! I just hope, seeing the success of Mr. Abrams and crew--and seeing what a movie can be if a studio has enough faith in it's captain (Mr. Cameron & "Avatar")--Paramount will not skimp on the funding of the next "Star Trek" venture. Give him the tools he needs. The rest, as with every producer, will be on Mr. Abrams and the writers.

I'd rather they didn't go too crazy on the budget for the next, with a lot of the basic sets etc built the same amount of money should be enough to keep the visuals up there.
