He claims that people who have faith in God are idiots. Since you can neither prove nor disprove God's existence then to be an atheist requires faith that God doesn't exist. therefore by his own logic, he is an idiot. The only logical belief that doesn't require any faith is to be an agnostic.

I dont know a whole lot about this guy, cept the name. But just looking him up the title of his book "The God Delusion" on the surface answers the question. Of course whats inside could be very different and more sympathetic. But the title says people with faith are delusional and for better or worse a poorly conceived cover does sometimes make the book.

Another attorney general? Why can't we have politians who are not lawyers? Lawyers solve problems by successfully representing their clients. They seek to win lawsuits, have new laws passed, press appellate courts to overturn precedent, and they always parse language to favor their side. Confined to the practice of law, that's fine. But it is an awful way to govern. When politicians as lawyers begin to view some Americans as clients and other Americans as opposing parties, then the role of the legal system in our life becomes all-consuming.

See. You only know the guy's name and his book's title. And yet you spread bad words about him...

I don't know who is in the poll, but I'd say 2009's most annoying person has got to be the "Sham-Wow" guy.

I thought about him but figured I'd give him a pass since some hooker tried to bite his lips off.
