God no - Anne Hathaway is fine but what's wrong with leaving the Black Cat as a non-powered thief - maybe with a couple of high-tech gadgets? The plot from the Owl and the Pussycat would be fine, where she steals something (from Vulture instead of the Owl) that he needs to complete his fiendish plan. If you want the Vultress, make her a new character for heaven's sake!
