Totally agreed! He really made Captain (now Admiral) Pike a tough son-of-a-gun, not some wimpy, clueless admiral. That's one thing I love about this "alternative timeline": The captains and admirals are not all dimwits when compared to Captain Kirk, Picard, Sisko, Janeway, or Archer. I still want to see more of Pike and if there was a way to make a series about the early voyages of Captain Robeau and the crew of the Kelvin, that would be so cool, too! All of these captains make Starfleet look like a mash-up of NASA, Jacque Cousteau, the Navy and Marines! Lovin' this look!

Absolutely agree! Man--that post yesterday with such good news really made my day!
BG was wonderful and I want to see him in EVERY Star Trek movie from now on! Bruce is so animated and upbeat and he really wants to be in the sequel, so I'm delighted that it looks like he'll get his wish.
He sure was an asset to the last movie and he'll continue to be an asset in the next one.

I want Curly Greenleaf to be in XII, but that is neither here nor there.
(too obscure....)

I would like to see Greenwood in the sequel.

Liked Pike's TMP-like uniform.

Kirk should next get his short sleeve TMP shirt.

Have Pike walk again and give him the V-neck cross shirt, only
with Admiral bars.

If Pike never went on mission to become near mortally wounded,
I think it wrong that he gets hurt in a similar way. It's not a Mirror
Universe! It's more a parallel one, but in this case it should ,imo, be
a not exact one, like Kirk does not meet everyone he did in Prime, plus
he will meet those he did not.

Like Mudd's ship blows up and kills him while Kirk was
still in year one at academy.
