Default The Rihannsu Series

I'm thinking of getting the collected edition of the first six books of the Rihannsu series by Diane Duane at some point in the future. Any opinions on the series?

It's a well written series (pre TNG) but don't expect alot of canon in it.

I don't really expect a lot TBH. They released the first four books in 2006 with certain elements updated to modern canon, so it should fit in a little better than it did before. It's a collected volume that I got for a couple bucks.

I have the original novels as they came out in the 80's. maybe the new passages might make it more canon freindly?
