Still, they did not approach the station or anything else in the show. Wolf 359 was in the TNG time, and its appearance was just an introduction.
Whatever form the prophets take, they still are not borg

That would have been funny to see in the final episode of DS9 as everyone is saying good bye in the holosweet, the Borg popped in and took over the station, because they were cloaked...

I don't see the Borg using cloaks... They are very upfront of what they want to do. They approach you and politely introduce themselves before they assimilate you.

If they had cloaks, they'd approach a vessel, de-cloak, introduce themselves and carry on with their business.

I think cloaking strategies are too elaborate for the Borg who just use brute force.

And I don't think they would assimilate Klingons and develop cloaking tech further since they don't research or develop anything. They just assimilate.
