We are certainly looking forward to the new Star Trek movie and are fans of the entire movie set and various series. For those who enjoyed Enterprise but believed it was shut down before its time, Lightspeed Design Studios is producing a fan based, free to download, not for profit Halflife 2 game modification called:

STAR TREK: Enterprise - Temporal Cold War

With a dedicated crew of designers, this mod will be produced in an episodic way, with as many releases as the crew can design. The mod series is based in the virtual Season 5 of Enterprise with the crew fighting their way through the Earth/Romulan War and beyond. With original storylines, new characters and dynamic gameplay, this mod should excite any Star Trek fan. Wow, they are doing a great job form what I can see. I am a big Half Life fan, so I can not wait until this mod is ready to download.

Thanks for the comments guys.. we are hoping to get a tutorial/demo version out within the next 6 months. As this is a total conversion of HL2 and there are so many chracters in the series we need to reproduce, we are pushing hard to keep the quality to where it needs to be, while trying to save time where we can.
