Yes it is. I've built many a computer with the hardware from that site and after you build a good history with them they'll 'trust you' so to speak. If you receive a defective part, instead of waiting for the return before shipping the replacement they'll ship as soon as you complain and the two will pass each other in the mail. A friend received a bad motherboard and had a replacement two days later. Mwave and Zipzoomfly are some other good sites.
