I dont know of any off hand I have some software at home that does it. But its like 80 bucks.

Josh, I don't know about "open source" stuff....but...
you can either get Magix Movie Edit Pro 15 for around $49.99 (and it comes with iClone 3 SE, that 3D animation proggie I've been going ga-ga over), and MEP15 has "chroma-key" technology. Green, blue, white, and black chroma-key capabilities. There's also a program on the net called "WaxInvoker" which does all sorts of stuff.....roto-scope effects, chroma key for whatever color you pick as long as the background is solid. You have to import your videos as .avi, but it will export in .avi or .mpg. I think it's a free program. Look it up on Google.
