Now that I think about this quote... it's not really funny alone - but its Spock's arched eyebrow afterwards that makes me chuckle.

After seeing it an eighth and final time last night (our theatre here is keeping it until Wednesday this week), I think I've determined that Spock's "Live Long and Prosper [b*tches]" is my absolute favorite line.
