When was the last time you had your eyes examined? And, how much time do you spend on the computer every day? To me, that's the most obvious thing to consider first: eye strain. If it's been a few years since you've had an exam, schedule one and make sure you mention the headaches to the doctor.

Best advise above is to see your doctor. As mentioned, headaches can be triggered by many things. Mine are triggered by caffeinated coffee. When I stopped drinking it, my migraines almost went away. I can drink any other caffeinated drink without problems. It's weird. When I feel one coming on now, I try to head it off with a couple of Excedrin Migraines and a couple of blasts of Advil nasal spray. Everyone is different.

Everyone has given great advice. Spokthecool, having headaches everyday is a sign SOMETHING is wrong. You need to tell your grandparents what is going on and get to a doctor as soon as possible!! The eye doctor is a good place to start. I had been getting headaches and it ended up being I needed glasses.

All the other things like stress or dehydration can be culprits, but they are harder to pin down. Start with drinking lots of water and do neck stretches and massage your scalp and temples. Deep breathing exercises also help people relax. I have experience with migraines, I hope you don't have them.

I have a friend who got migraines constantly until she discovered she was allergic to tomatoes. Once she stopped eating tomatoes, no more migraines. So it's definitely possible that it's just an allergy that manifests as a really bad headache.

But as most everyone else has said, go to the doctor to find out for sure. If you are really saddled with a lot of allergies anyway, the doc may check that out first. But he/she can't do anything if they don't know there is a problem.

Not at all. I know someone who cannot eat flour for medical reasons and he does just fine without it. There are plenty of substitutes. Without wheat you cant eat alot of cereals, but you can have all the cherry pie you want.
