I love season one and two for their rawness too. Also there is (for me) a really raw feeling in the first handfull of episodes that started season three. 'The Survivors', 'Booby trap' - Wow love them. I really though that the synth scores for those first few episodes of season three were really unique and cool.
My favourite seasons I think are 3, 4 & 5. Love the Barclay stuff.

I liked 'Schisms' as well - the reconstruction scene was very creepy at the time I recall.
