Agreed. Fallon is horrible. Late Night will be the one that suffers a slow death, not the Tonight Show.

I thought the opening bit of him running from NYC to Hollywood was pretty funny... the rest of it seemed to be pretty much the usual Conan schtick.... the set looked great though!

The opening bit was quite funny. I think Conan runs the risk of turning off tons of Leno viewer, but he has certainly gained his Late Night audience, so it may not even matter.
