Well, I always say: When I'm not busy being a rock star, I'm a full time geek.

But, my life beyond Trek consists of meeting new life forms just about every day I work. (New Orleans being a tourist city and all that).

I also play a lot of video games, or watch a lot of movies, or do my own little VFX clips, or write fanfiction.

Work work work work.
Weekends are spent with my husband and kid, so park park park, birthday parties, beach.
Sometimes I see my family.
Love reading - just picked up "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies." I'm a big Jane Austen fan, not so much zombies, so it'll be interesting to see how they meld.

I spend the day with The Boy, doing mom things (nursery school, library, etc). A few nights a week I toil at the local store, at least until Boy goes to kindergarten this fall. Then, who knows?
Gardening, playstation, visiting friends and relations... napping! Lots of napping.

Hmmmm, in no particular order....homeschool my younger son, go out for lunch with my best friend, read, volunteer work, church stuff, spend time with my DH and boys, scratch the dog's noggin a lot, play adventure games, work in the garden, write fiction, dream about possible Star Trek sequels...

Wife, mother, self-employed, healer of skinned knees and broken hearts, friend, sister, lots of National Public Radio, two fat dogs, wear lots of autumn colors - teal, green, brown. Not paper nor plastic, I bring my own. Buy local meat and veggies.

Looks like the women are answering this more than the men. Hmmmm.

Yeah, that's interesting, isn't it? Maybe women appreciate the value of daily life a bit more, while men think if they aren't blowing up planets then they aren't really doing anything. S'alright though - we love our men!
