I just hope it lives up to the original mini-series.

Wow...that's looks really bad.
They should have left well enough alone.
I don't even know where to start but the ship with a TV on the bottom seems to be the as good of place as any....

These network writers are some of the worse I've ever seen.

Right, so Independence Day ripped off V for the aliens arrival, and in turn the new mini-series is aping the arrival of the ships in Independence Day

Must be the cycle of time at work - oops, wrong mythos!!

It looks fairly average, certainly not 'I must see that....' kinda stuff.

But quite a few familiar faces (Vandervoort, Baccarin, the guy from 4400). Obviously they figure padding out the cast with some genre familiarity might help them along.

Actually the arival of mother ships in V was preempted by guerilla warfare in El Salvador and was dedicated to all resistance fighters..."WW II"

V had real meaning.
This is just network desperation and fanfare.

Did you mean "Yo quero" as in "I want"??

"Que" by itself is usually written "que?", meaning "what?"

So what you have is "no what taco bell" !!

And that about shows you the extent of my Spanish skills!!

I can't wait for a new V to come out. I am setting my DVR to record every episode. I vaguely remember the old one so I won't be startled or pissed off by the changes.
