Wow! Amazing list Goblin. I agree with Radoskal that a lot of those films are sci-fi not fantasy but those on on your list that I have in my collection are-
The Wizard Of Oz LOTR trilogy Brazil (a definite fav) Time Bandits Big Trouble in Little Chine Dark City (mmm Jennifer Connelly mmm) The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension The Crow City of Lost Children- don't have that one but love it enough to forgive the director for Alien Resurrection and a few some others metioned that I don't have- In the Company of Wolves- Wow! Haven't thought of that one in years! Little Red Riding Hood on LSD...by the French! The Wizard of Space and Time- Produced by Mike Nesmith of the Monkees if memory serves Jason and the Argonauts and every other Ray Harryhausen film Great movies all!
