Wow! Amazing list Goblin. I agree with Radoskal that a lot of those films are sci-fi not fantasy but those on on your list that I have in my collection are-

The Wizard Of Oz
LOTR trilogy
Brazil (a definite fav)
Time Bandits
Big Trouble in Little Chine
Dark City (mmm Jennifer Connelly mmm)
The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension
The Crow
City of Lost Children- don't have that one but love it enough to forgive the director for Alien Resurrection

and a few some others metioned that I don't have-

In the Company of Wolves- Wow! Haven't thought of that one in years! Little Red Riding Hood on LSD...by the French!

The Wizard of Space and Time- Produced by Mike Nesmith of the Monkees if memory serves

Jason and the Argonauts
and every other Ray Harryhausen film

Great movies all!

Are Buckaroo Banzai and Flash Gordon more Fantasy than Sci-Fi? I would think so...

Actually, I hadn't thought of the studio Ghibli films. Good point!

I'd add:

My Neighbor Totoro
Kiki's Delivery Service
Spirited Away
The Cat Returns
Porco Rosso
Castle in the Sky
Howl's Moving Castle

3. Spider-Man (any of them)
4. Ladyhawke
5.The Mummy or The Mummy 2

7. Star Wars (4, 5, 6)
