i like the movie version which i call "redesigned Original Enterprise". but we all know that somewhere after the enterprise 5 year mission, she's going to be " Redesigned Refit Enterprise. maybe not 1701 but 1701-A maybe.

On another note, though a lot is missing from that Reliant design on the first page.

It had an engineering section built into the saucer in the original.

Take a look, the section in the stern of the ship. The slightly elevated back end. At least I think that's engineering. I'm NOT talking about the small thing hanging on top, I'm talking about the back end of the saucer.

I don't like it. I like the design on the first page, it just needs the deflector and the engineering section.

i think the refit miranda class will have a deflector. i just don't know what size or where it will go.

Not too shabby, mate.
Nacelles are a shwee close, but the general design is quite appealing.....dammit, now I want a toy of that to go with my new Enterprise my GF got me......I'm so spoiled.

Neat designs, though I find it a little silly that every 'redesign' or 'refit' of the new Enterprise involves stripping away its unique features to make it look more like the original (or movie) ship.
