Does it really still McFly?

I want to know where RS-D2 is as well.

He must be so obvious that people are over looking it. Maybe he is a trash can, phone booth...

or... Part of the warp core
possible spoiler

Nero's wife dies (khan...)
Nero yells SPOCK.... kirk...yelling KHAN
anybody note a DS9 in the initial wreckage? I was told to look for something in the wreckage so on my second showing I went to an IMAX. Wow. I recommend that to anyone before it ends at the IMAX.

Good additions. I will keep my eyes open and report back any sightings.

Pikes eyes are specially illuminated the first time we see him sit in this chair. The same effect was often used on Shatner in TOS.
I loved the effect and hope they have the effect in the next movie too. Just for a brief moment.

Yeah, I also loved that lighting effect on TOS (Charlie X comes to mind). Another on my list of "Look Fors".

When assigning the cadets to their ships in the hanger bay, the Officer calling out the names assigns "Vader to the Hood"

Maybe it was just me, but when the cadets were dispersing after being told what ship to go to, it reminded me of the scene from The Empire Strikes Back when Leia told the pilots what the plan was just at the moment they discovered the Empire was about to take out the shield generators.

I did catch the name "Gillian" on the shuttle, that was a nice touch.

Duct tape on the console
Intercooler fins opening during warp
McCoy's pinky ring
Ejecting warp cores
Hey Georgie, or Hey Johnny
McCoy calling for Nurse Chapel
Size of airlock door that ejects Kirk

What other tidbits are not listed?
Just got back. It's hard not to get wrapped up in the story and remember to look for things in the background.

No Duct Tape on Console

LOVED the intercooler fins opening with light pouring out. Saw them a few times.

Forgot to look for McCoy's pinky ring (viewing #4)

Warp cores (stainless steel vats) are shown being ejected on vertical rails. Very fast scene, but very cool.

Heard "Hey Georgie" again.

Never heard McCoy call for nurse Chapel, especially after he is told that he is Chief Med. Officer.

Airlock ejecting Kirk appears to be same as shuttle pod port from TMP, TWOK, etc. I'll never be convinced the ship is bigger than TOS E.

Never saw R2D2.

R2D2 is where he belongs on a ship... if that makes any since.

I do not want to spoil it for any one, because when you finally see him, you will be like... DOH!!!
